Shoot boxing
Shoot boxing is a hybrid martial art that combines elements of kickboxing, Muay Thai, boxing, karate, and wrestling. It was created in Japan in 1985 and has since spread to other countries, including the United States. Shoot boxing is a full-contact sport that is sanctioned by the World Shoot Boxing Association (WSBA). It is a popular form of combat sport, with events held in many countries around the world. The industry is growing, with more and more people taking up the sport and more organizations hosting events.
